If you are on this page, you must fit one of the following three criteria;

1.      You are a Felony contract attorney with Montgomery County.

2.      You are currently signed up and actively paying for an AXON Evidence.com account.

3.      You are considering signing up and paying for an AXON Evidence.com account.

As a paid user of EDC (evidence.com) you will get to experience immediate online access to your discovery once it has been shared with you. 

No downloading to retain on your computer is required.  Occasional downloading of discovery will be required to view very specific types of evidence that cannot be viewed within EDC, such as proprietary CCTV packages or device extractions  

You will receive your portal access as soon as you have notified repletter@mctx.org that you’re representing a case and that case either already has discovery on EDC or as soon as discovery is made available on EDC.

You are notified of your portal access via an email from AXON. This email will contain the cause number for your client’s case and a link that takes you directly to the case at hand.

1.      Once in the case on EDC, you’ll find your client’s name on the summary page.

2.      This summary page information can be easily customized to your liking and needs.

3.      This account includes an automatic transcription of video and audio files, which can easily be viewed.

5.      Your cases will be retained indefinitely on your account, at your discretion.  Once a case of yours is disposed of, you are able to remove it from your account if you decide to. 

To do so, select the case in your case list, click the ellipsis, and click Delete. Follow the prompts to delete the case and its evidence.

6.      You can also create cases at your discretion, and share the case or case items with anyone you are legally able to share it with, be it a co-counsel, a legal assistant, or an expert for trial prep.
