Axon Evidence.com

  • Effective Janurary 1st, 2023

All cases originating during and after 2023 shall be retained and disclosed by the DA’s Office via Axon’s Evidence.com (EDC). This means you will receive a download link containing your discovery for each of your cases moving forward, rather than coming to the DA’s Office to obtain disks.

    Key Points of Interest:
You will not need to log into Evidence.com to obtain your discovery.
You will receive the download links via an email from ‘Axon’.
These links will remain active for 30 days.
Ensure you check your SPAM inboxes for Axon emails.
Make Axon a trusted sender if applicable.
Some download links will be very large in terms of data and may take some time to download.
Having fast and reliable internet will be of paramount importance at times.
Wired connections are always preferred over wireless, if possible.
You can access these items on any smart device, laptop, or desktop computer.
There is a PAID Axon account you can enroll yourself in, which will grant you direct access to your discovery via a web browser portal login. This negates having to download evidence. To learn more about cost and features, see the manual linked on this page.
